The Tappan Lake Volunteer Fire Department in Scio, Ohio has been awarded a $32,000.00 federal Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG).  This grant money from FEMA will be used for the purchase of PPE and for training.  The federal share of the grant is $30,970.00.  This grant was awarded for “operations and safety.”  The announcement came in round 23 of FEMA’s AFG awards.  We are proud that another client has received federal grant money from FEMA.
